TAILOR’S CLAPPERS

These are amazing tools for the home sewer and quilter. The long clappers are made out of solid hickory and the square clappers are made out of ash or maple. The wood is finely sanded and there is no finish applied. You steam press your seam and then lay the clapper on the seam and leave for about 30 seconds. The weight of the clapper cools the seam, resulting in a very crisp well-pressed seam. There are comfortable hand-holds on the two sides of the long clappers which make it easier to hold on to. The square clapper has a knob on top for comfortable handling.
RULER RACKS

This is a fantastic tool for the home sewer or quilter. The ruler slot is 1/4” and there are 8 slots in the 6 1/2” x 12”.
The 12” x 12” Ruler Rack slot is 1/4” and has 15 slots. Each 1/4” slot holds two normal size rulers.
Hardwood strips of different woods are glued together and then the slots are cut. The finish is a natural stain with 2 coats of polyurethane.

This is a fantastic organizing tool for the longarm quilter. The ruler slot is 5/16” and the 6 3/4” x 16” has 9 slots for rulers. The 12”x 16” has the 5/16” slot size and has 15 slots for rulers.
Hardwood strips of different hardwoods are glued together and then the slots are cut. The finish is a natural stain. With 2 coats of polyurethane. (Rulers are shown as an example.)
